Entrée Selections
Seared Ontario turkey medallions, sage & cornbread stuffing,
traditional gravy

We cut our turkey noisettes, a small tender round slice of meat, from lean white Ontario turkey breast.

Grilled California cut striploin steak, three peppercorn sauce & rosemary roast potatoes
There are three types of true peppercorns; green, black and white.  Green peppercorns are usually hand-picked when still soft or under-ripened.  As peppercorns start to ripen, they turn red and are picked and dried to make black peppercorns.  When peppercorns are fully ripened they are picked to make white peppercorns.

Seared red snapper, ragout of tomato & green olive, rice pilaf with vegetable brunoise
Brunoise is a culinary term for small 1/8” dice.

Mushrooms & herbs with pappardelle pasta, vegetable-red wine herb jus, spinach & poached egg
The term pappardelle denotes a long, broad pasta similar to a wide fettucine. The word comes from the verb “Pappare,” which means to gobble up.

At Kingbridge we believe that locally produced food is critical to the development of a sustainable region. We work closely with local growers to secure locally grown food, fresh from the field or greenhouse every week.
