This unique, interactive, general education course is open to everyone, regardless of background or expertise. You will learn about the physical and cultural forces that shape the Moraine, study mammals and birds, explore the fascinating biology of fungi, reptiles, and amphibians, and follow plant ecology from winter to spring to early summer. This collaborative course is great for all nature-lovers, from casual learners to environmental professionals. Our students take away an enriched, new perspective on our local region, and a wealth of broad ecological knowledge. Limited space available!
